History

Billing 911 was founded in 2000 by Ms. Ann Cashner as an independent accounts receivables management and billing company. Serving, primarily ground and air medical transportation programs, which include: 911 providers, Air Ambulance, Critical Care Transportation and Specialty Care Transportation (CCT and SCT), Advanced Life Support (ALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) transports.

In 2008 Billing 911 has partnered with 911 Meditrack to provide cost effective computer charting software to our clients. 911 Meditrack is a Nemsis Gold Compliant Software. Further questions about the software can be answered at the time of contact.

About Us

Our management staff consists of group of seasoned professionals in the medical industry; their combined knowledge provides many options for our clients. Our staff includes a former federal investigation assistant with the Department of Justice and former Vice President of a California based ambulance company; a Medical Director, who is currently a lead ER doctor, with years of air ambulance, trauma, and pre-hospital experience, and military medical trauma services. Our CPA’s background includes; former auditor with Medicare, former CEO of local hospital, and former Skilled Nursing Facility chain Administrator. Our billing supervisor is a Securities and Exchange compliance Officer.

Mission

Our goal is to provide our clients with the maximum allowable reimbursement rates, under the Federal and State Law and process claims in a timely and professional manner. It is our intention to give our clients the most cost effective, customized, assertive, and superior claims processing possible. Billing 911's main objective is to breed a culture of compliance and patient advocacy within our corporation, so we can provide our clients and client’s patients with the upmost level of customer service.
